Hi! I’m Yadu Krishnan, a digital compositor and lighting artist — born and raised in Bangalore, India, and now based in Vancouver, Canada.
I use tools like Nuke, Katana, Gaffer, Houdini, Arnold and Unreal Engine to craft cinematic visuals. I also hold a BSc in Computer Science, with a focus on CG lighting and compositing, and I like building custom tools and optimizing workflows.
With 9 years of experience across live-action VFX and feature animation, I’ve worked on projects like Spiderman: No Way Home, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, The Smurfs Movie & Animal Farm (both scheduled for 2025).
When I’m not fudging pixels, I’m pouring perfect lattes, developing film in my darkroom, or out biking, golfing, or snowboarding to stay in creative flow.
